Adam Milstein Reveals a Special Business Idea

Adam Milstein is an activist, someone who had founded many organizations, someone who donates a lot of money to charity, and a well known investor and real estate mogul. Adam Milstein was once asked what was one business idea he is willing to give away to the world. He replied that you should always follow up with every contact and every lead. The reason for this is that you are always going to miss out on one hundred percent of the leads you do not contact. The only risk is not taking any risk at all. When asked what was the most important one hundred bucks he has ever spent, Adam replied that it was the money he recently spent to go out to dinner with his wife and his children, adding that family is always the most important thing.

When asked which software and services he used and why he likes them, Adam replied that he uses Constant Contact to manage the thousands of contacts and leads he has. When asked what was one book he would recommend reading, he replied that it was a book called And The Good News Is. The reason you should read this book is that it will give you a new perspective on things and help you realize that things are not always as bad as they seem. When asked who has influenced his thinking, Adam Milstein replied that it was David Hager, his partner at Hager Pacific Properties. He explained that David is a visionary who always is two steps ahead of the game.

Adam Milstein served in the IDF and graduated from the Technion. He moved to the United States and got his MBA from USC. He got involved in real estate not long after. He started out as a sales clerk at Hager Pacific Properties and eventually moved up to be the managing partner.

Adam Milstein is the co-founder of the Israeli American Council. He is on the board of many organizations, such as the AIPAC National Council. He lives with his wife Gila in California. He has three children, as well as three grandchildren.
